Happy customers that receive a good vehicle for a fair price regardless if it was bought at auction should be the utmost importance. Obvious this dealership selling more than 100 vehicles a month or so claimed makes plenty of revenue that could easily be used to treat their customers with dignity and make the deal right.
Would never recommend going here. Son was fired for not selling a car to a couple that didn't know much about vehicles, the vehicle had a blown head gasket and was leaking oil bad. He tried to steel the couple into a different vehical. The owner new the car was leaking bad and wouldn't last long. He was upset and made up reasons why to fire him. Don't be surprised if you buy a car there and it breaks down shortly after! Kind of interested what his response will be seeing he is clever with words and experienced in shady business. Be warned America
I have been to this dealership trying to buy a truck only to be told we will get back with you when the issue has been checked out. I have never received a phone call. In my line of work if I did that I would get my ARSE fired! They also have not returned any of my emails. I have walked in with cash in hand ready to buy a truck and they have the worst costumer service. The knowledge that the sales people have of the vehicles is a joke. I have had to tell them what is wrong with the truck. They do have decent prices but with out the sales people doing there job with the costumers. They are losing more business than they are gaining.
I know they are auction vehicles and some are from Canada. I have want to give them the benefit of a doubt but it has continued to be poor. I normally don't write a review but they just have pushed me over the edge on it!!!
We had a good experience with Marsh. We done our research and looked at many Avalanches. The one we bought here was the best deal for the miles. There were a couple issues like the window wouldn't go up and the tailgate latch was broke. Both were fixed right away. I have had it almost a month, have noticed a few other issues but it is an older vehicle and I feel should be expected for it's age. All in all it was a very smooth transaction that took only a few hours. Very satisfied.
I haven’t purchased a vehicle from this dealer. I found one listed I would be interested in on Craig’s list, and decided to look up reviews of the dealer before attempting to purchase. I live 8-12 hours away and really don’t want to deal with any issues. What I find extremely funny is when someone has a bad review, the response from the owner is overly and personally defensive. What really happens at the stealership?
Great experience, nice car. I read the reviews as well. Made me a bit skeptical. They sell a used product and that is never going to be perfect. They (Garret) let us take the car for a long and thorough test drive for over an hour. They never attempted any high pressure tactics that I have experienced at many dealers. Very open and honest about the car and even washed the car knowing I'd be dirty in ten minutes (due to snowy roads) so we could get a photo. Thanks Garret and team!!!
