Not the best experience. I drove across the state to look at a vehicle after being told the car hadn't been smoked in. When I arrived the car had obviously been bombed to make it smell fruity and "new". A week later I had to take the dash apart to replace the hot air mixer valve and saw ash inside behind the cigarette lighter. Obviously smoked in. Also was told the truck took E85 which was not true. When I asked about chipping paint on the rocker panel and ask them to lower the price, he said he "new a guy" close to their location (which is not the nice Ford dealership shown the pictures) that could paint the truck for me. What a joke! I had to drive two and a half hours Home what do they think would happen to that paint!? Oh and after I realized a few of the air vents we're broken he legitimately took some out of his own truck and put them into this one to sell it to me. That was actually appreciated but kind of crazy!

BUYERS BEWARE!! Very bad business ethics/morals - pushy sales strategies. Took off original car parts and switched with cheap, less expensive ones!

Damon was great to work with. Amazing Outstanding Team. Not high pressure, Understands what is needed and works Well with you to Find a Vehicle that meets your needs. First time buying from a small dealer. Feels more like buying from private owner. Would definitely Recommend and Will be back

Had a great experience. Was able to drive a handful of trucks to figure out what we truely liked/wanted. was in and out fast once we figured it out. Will come back and will recommend.

I worked with Mike Rounding and had an awesome experience. He was extremely knowledgable and fair. I highly recommend Lane Car Co.

It all started when I seen an ad on Craigslist for a decent priced Mazda 3 that appeared to have a good CarFax Report. I gave them a call to inquire about more information on the vehicle. I was not sure if I was going to purchase or not. They literally called me every single day pressuring me into "just taking a look at the car" and going for a test ride. After a test ride I decided I liked the way the vehicle drove and made the purchase. The very next day my cars battery died. I opened the hood to find an old small rusty battery from 1998 yet my car was a 2007!! They purposely switched batteries to save money, also the transmission dropped a month later (luckily it was still under 60k powertrain warranty) and then I found out that they switched the original car tires from the 2007 model to less expensive tires from a 1990 something vehicle. When I called to question them, they simply said the car was sold "AS IS" and it was not their problem. Very dishonest ethics at this dealership that take off original car parts and put cheaper ones on to make more money! If you do decide to do business here...bring a good mechanic and really check the vehicle inside and out!
