Good food. Nice waitress. However I needed pepper and napkins, boy we had to remind her again. My food almost got cold. I think these young girls should keep a few in their apron's. Oh and save your one's for a $6 change. Would tip you more. Most won't give waitress the $5. However maybe 3$ instead of the $1 you gave.

Love this place. Old fashioned car hop service. Burgers are underrated and the fries are really good. Of course frosty mug of Root Beer is great!
Drive-ins are rare nowadays and this one is in a perfect spot. The back deck is a beautiful place to enjoy your Root Beer Float if you decide not to eat in your car. The food is delicious and the servers are very friendly. If you haven't tried A&W like this then you definitely need to add this to your summer to-do list!
Best place to eat from April to Mid October. Old fashioned drive in order then delivered to car. They buy local hamburger & hot dogs (krogal). Miss them when closed. No other A & W taste the same as Ortonville A & W.
