Ordered food this evening through the online ordering process. My online order did not process correctly, so I called the store and ordered in that fashion. The associate over the phone told me delivery would occur in about 45 minutes. Fast forward to 1 1/2, No delivery. I called to cancel my order as I have no interest in waiting that long for food no matter how good it is. No apology or attempt to reconcile the situation from management. I basically got a "Bye Felicia" Poor customer service. I don't mind a mishap or two but a lack of attempt to provide a solution or correct a problem is unacceptable.
I have bee eating Jets pizza for years I ordered the barabCue chicken pizza the first night my family had violent diarrhea. I wasn’t sure if it was the pizza so I tried a piece the next day and got sick all over again. I WONT eat here again which stinks. I loved jets pizza.
Papa Bellas pizza is far better. Jets ok when looking for party pizza for kids. If you want real food, go to Pappa Bellas!
9/18/2017... I just ordered your "Monday Night Special" and Jets Bread. I didn't receive my Jets Bread. I called and you said you would have had to charge me extra for the bread. Thats usually how retail works. I got screwed again. What The French?
This Jets always has issues. I can't explain this enough. Over the last few years it has just continued to go down hill (must be new owners) Orders are always wrong or the food quality is terrible. They have re-delivered to me several times as they have missed items or completely messed up the order. I have been in the food and service industry for 17 years and I normally would understand the occasional problem but the leadership here have no excuses anymore. I usually would not go here but as with most pizza lovers, change is sometimes good. I honestly like Jets pizza so I continue to hope it gets better but disappointment over and over again has led me to cut them off completely. Papa Bella's is far better anyhow if ordering from Ortonville area. Tonight when the delivery guy got here he said "if the order is wrong just call and they will comp you" I asked why would it be wrong? He said all orders have been wrong tonight and my wife called the store already about them being late. I said you are 45 minutes late (1.5 hrs) but my wife is not home and no one called. He said oh it must have been another order on your road, all orders are messed up tonight. My order was missing items and was super dried out. Manager at the store said yeah everything has been wrong we will just comp your account for the price of the food for a future order. Sorry so long but I never write reviews, I just have no words to describe the frustration dealing with this business.
I usually avoid chain pizza, and Jet's is one of them. THIS Jet's location has something to crow about. I was raised on sicilian style pizza, and their deep dish, whether 4 corner or 8 corner fits the bill! Their Jetzee is also a refreshing surprise, and they have good salads to boot. Pleasant staff, and food made consistently of quality ingrediants will keep me coming back. Delivery is available, but pickup is also a convenient option. Way to go Ortonville!
