Honestly best service i have had around , i went to 3 different sprint stores and no one helped me with my issues other than the guys here , they took care of me from a to z , i own a business was about to cancel 15 lines with sprint, thank you guys for your service!!!!
With the exception of one employee, they are horrible at customer service, trick you into buying things you don't need, are very rude and couldn't be bothered to help me get my phone repaired, just shoved me out the door saying to drive a half hour away to another store! I will never step foot near this store again and have put a bad taste in my mouth about service centers and Sprint in general. I hope someone from corporate reads this and does something... I know they won't , they don't care.
Ray and Eddie were a great help, they handled everything and made my life simple. I would come back anytime because of them.
I was lied to multiple times about being able to upgrade my phone. They do not inform you on everything they have to do before you walk in store. Unfortunately I have been with sprint for 10 years and never once had a problem with thus location. Since there has been some different employees the care they give you and the way they talk to their customers has gone out the window. I will be going to a different location from now on.
