Got there around 4:30-4:45, not too crowded. Got seated right away & a waitress came over and took our drink order right away.
Good food, could be better. Adequate service. Great views. Very large outdoor seating area complete with bar so great for seasonally good weather. I was there at an off time during the day so that could explain some food and service lacking but I shouldn't have to explain something like that and use the view of the lake to counterbalance for a review. Good parking, wierd entrance (have to go to the front corner by the road), easy to see from the road.
Starting to go downhill with the new management. The bartenders are not attentive when it's barely busy (like 20 people in the place). We had to have the bill adjusted 3 times because they kept trying to charge full price during happy hour. Food prices were ringing in wrong what the heck? Kind of BS if you ask me and the "manager" was too busy chatting to take care of these issues. Literally had to be called out. Saddest part of this is that I've been going here for years and now it's going downhill. Going to have to think twice about coming here again after this.... sad.
Ordered the steak & potato soup, thought it was really good! I ordered chicken tenders with fries (4 good size tenders with more than enough fries, got a doggy bag to go)! My husband ordered wings, he said they were "nothing to write home about."
Update: Went again and Haley was our waitress. She goes above & beyond & really cares about her customers & the reputation of Bullfrogs. She is fantastic! Management takes pride in making sure their customers are 100% happy.
Ended up getting quite busy, which made our wait on our food order longer than it should have been.
Overall it was good, would definitely go back
Everytime we have been here, the food has been great. Fantastic burgers, the Western burger is my favorite. Thicker sweet potato fries and reg fries are very good. Good beer & drink selection. Prices are reasonable.
they have come a long way since the new ownership took over. Plus the service and environment are very nice. I was there this evening and they had an Entertainer there that was over the top. If they continue in this fashion this will be the place to go for a nice evening
My only complaint at the time was, the TV was way too loud
